Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and sign-in identity, handled by our authentication provider.

Content you submit: the text you translate, the terms you teach CPR, and any translations you choose to share via a link.

Usage data: translation counts and timestamps used to enforce the free daily allowance. For signed-out visitors we store a one-way hash of your IP address — never the IP itself — purely to count usage.

Billing data: subscription status, period dates and a customer ID. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

To produce translations, to personalise results with the terms you have taught, to enforce plan limits, to process subscriptions, and to diagnose errors.

Text you submit is sent to our AI model provider to generate a translation. Payments are processed by Stripe. Authentication and database hosting run on Supabase infrastructure. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers.

Translation logs and taught terms are kept until you delete them or delete your data. Billing records are retained as long as legally required for accounting.

You can delete individual taught terms at any time from My Voice. To erase everything — taught terms, translation history and shared links — use Delete my data on the Account page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You may also request access to, or a copy of, your data by contacting us.
